Upcoming Seminar developed by the Smithsonian Early Enrichment Center: 

The Smithsonian Early Enrichment Center in Washington D.C. announces a new seminars coming April 20 and 21.  The innovative training program for museum professionals and early childhood educators interested in using objects to teach young children.  The seminars will be offered at the Smithsonian Institution providing opportunities for hands-on engagement with museum objects, lectures, discussions, gallery experiences.  The registration fee includes:  materials and education resources as well as breakfast and lunches provided during the seminar.
